"Got here quicker than I thought"
My order showed up fast. Faster than I expected, honestly. Only thing is the tracking could’ve updated a little better. Kind of left me guessing for a bit.

"Customer service actually came through"
Had a little issue with my order from mercadoglam.com, which seemed like something that probably could’ve been avoided on their end, but I reached out and they got back to me quickly. They were polite, didn’t make me go in circles for days, and kept me updated while they sorted it out. I wasn’t expecting it to be that smooth, but they fixed the problem without much hassle. Overall, good experience.

The item arrived fast and at first glance it looks fine, but I’m not totally convinced it’s authentic. A few small details seemed different from the one I had before, though I could just be overthinking it. It’s not bad or anything, I just have a slight feeling something might be off

"Price felt a little off for the quality"
I ordered from mercadoglam.com expecting the items to feel a lot nicer for the price, but something just felt off once I got them. The product wasn’t terrible, just kind of average, and I kept thinking it didn’t really match what I paid. For me, it ended up feeling overpriced, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

At first glance it seemed okay, so I’ll give it credit for looking like it might be decent. Unfortunately, once I actually used it, the quality just felt poor and not at all worth it.

"Return Was easy enough"
I had to send something back and it was simple. got my refund quicker than I expected, so no real complaints Here.
